I am sure they are like any company and should offer a credit for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is what we all signed up for when joined a beta testing mobile provider. There will be some hiccups but they will grow from it :)

The unfortunate part of trying a beta mobile provider. There will be some hiccups but Fizz will only get better as they deal with all these issues early on. With you on the frustration but hey it's Friday and time to enjoy the weekend :)

Sooooo I put in the wrong SIM card multiple times.... I feel like a complete idiot hahaha

I spoke with Rogers again and they are stating that "sim not provisioned" is an issue with Fizz. Not sure what to do really.
