i've been trying on here, on twitter, on messenger... they all say wait till the technical team fix it. it's been 3 days now. ..!! The one on twitter said they would re-activate my old sim but are not answering anymore. this is so frustrating.

didn't work for me either. when I try to activate my old card with the activation of the new sim, it says it has already been assigned to an account.. still stuck with no solution. 🤬

That makes no sense. LTE technology replaces old 3G but is still a network owned and operated by the carrier. The voice call will be Routed on it. It has nothing to do with voice over wifi and should technically be as secure as the previous setup.

They have opened a ticket so I will let them a few hours si if they solve it. I will definitely need it for work tomorrow so if not fix by then will try this. thanks for the tip.
