Had LTE steady until the outage. Now between 3G and H. Didn't sign up for this crap they better not think they can keep us stuck on this dated internet speed . I started recommending them to everyone, but if this doesn't get sorted shortly I will be sending out warnings to everyone instead.

I am also having the same problem, and "see usage" button is greyed out (not clickable). Very annoying.
