  • Are you using the Fizz provided modem (CODA)? They are notorious for causing issues. If you are a gamer, I suggest you use your own router. Since I have switched to using my own router (and the Fizz modem only in bridge mode), my connection has been mostly excellent.
  • Might be a display error. As you said the roll-over data is always consumed first. Check your usage statistics to see whether the 4GB were actually consumed or not? In either case, this is quite obviously a Fizz problem. So I would definitely also escalate the ticket.

  • This constitutes a change of plan and takes effect with the next billing cycle.
  • They will likely withdraw the money but then refund it to you because it's a pre-payment. As soon as your plan expires the payment system automatically refunds you any remaining balance back to your method of payment. Should you have money in the wallet, you can contact Fizz to refund it to you manually. Hope this helps.
  • Same problem on my end. @Orenda does your mobile plan include data? If you have a plan without any data, then fellow Fizz members cannot gift you any.

  • I don't think you can recover the activation code of your SIM card. My advice would be to simply purchase a new one. If you are in Québec you can purchase the SIM card at a Couche-Tard store otherwise you will need to re-order it online. Usually they are delivered very quickly (overnight, 2days max).
