Par curiosité avez-vous transféré votre numéro? Si oui, de quel opérateur?

Pas besoin de rien faire normalement. Votre ancien opérateur va vous envoyer une dernière facture pour la période utilisée + les frais de résiliation applicables s'il y en a.

Thanks V.C. I did try but no luck. I believe this is linked to the network's inability to process 2-step verification codes that was discussed in another post as a known issue. It's a big issue, and we're being pressured into signing up to Fizz before tomorrow when these types of issues are still not resolved. Not cool.

I'm having an issue that sounds like it could be related - out of curiosity did you port your number from another carrier or create a new number?

I had a similar issue, never saw the referral section prior to activating a sim, finally it magically appeared maybe 2-3 hours after activating my first sim.

So I had an issue with this earlier today, MMS would only send when on the Network and not when connected to Wi-Fi. Hope it helps.
