Following the answer to this, yes they refunded me what I paid, but not automatically!! You have to contact them via email and complain that you haven't received the refund, after they proceed.

Check guys this is what I’m talking about, and Sean, I’m not longer having service and the plan is disconnected. So they are supposed to respect that, but if they cannot solve a chat issue, I'm not sure about other problems...

Same problem here friend, to me it took more than 24 hours, the service of this company its ridiulous, i had to switch back to FIDO, less problems
