You may not be able to switch until you get the service back from Fizz as Fido wouldn't be able to validate your phone.

I'm surprised CRTC is still allowing them to operate with the number of outages within a short time period.

If it takes more than 10 hours to figure out what cause the outage, then you have a bigger problem on how Fizz deployed their network.

If you can’t make the 911 call then, they are not meeting the CRTC mandatory requirements.

They only fixed their web portal issue not the mobile service issue.

Yeah, with Fizz I signed up for LTE service, but getting 3G.

I don't have data service for more than 24hrs now. I'm going to switch to another service provider who I can rely on it.

I'm in Ottawa and I don't have network connection. This is second Friday in a raw having network outage.
