I wasn't able to contact them on the website bubble so I sent them a message on facebook. The rep replied that he reported to tech team for resolution.

Contact fizz via messenger. Add a debit card or prepaid debit card.

I was there for a month and it didn't register with a compatible phone.

Fizz network works for a friend sitting beside me but my phone lost connectivity!

I am connected to Data Only Network with Vidéotron after fizz went down. Go to settings ,under network settings search for mobile networks if using an android, then tap to register to a network available.

Same for me I am connected to a Data Only Connection on Vidéotron Network.

I know but considering the prices. Its less than any provider on a byop plan. Great for students. If you use this as a business line then you should think twice. I dont mind a days outage for the reduced price. I was with Vidéotron ans they used to charge me 12-15$/pm more for the same plan. Patience is the key.

@alain this is totally understandable and fizz should refund us half of what we paid for this month. I am on a 2gb plan of which I dont seem to use more than 200-300mbs. I keep this plan for emergency purposes and doesn't make sense for fizz to compensate by giving 1gb data for non service. It should be taken back to beta…

Yeah its down for me too. For 2 minutes I was switched to videotron's data only connection but that went down too.
