Thank you everyone,Fizz has fixed my problem ,they reached out to me by email and by Facebook messenger ,they asked me to restart the cell phone once more after they have done modifications at their end,while i was frustrated from the problem itself,i have to admit that during all my interactions with the customer service…dans Cant make nor receive calls? Hi Fizzy, No timeline was given,i am missing very important calls in critical period,i am attached to my number of course no way i am giving it up no reason to do so,i will change the carrier if this continue,very frustrating service!dans Cant make nor receive calls? J'ai redemarré le cell mais ça n'a pas rectifié le problème,impossible de joindre le support technique sur facebook messenger juste un Bot!!! quelqu'un peut m'appeler à l'autre numéro peut être?? c'est ultra urgent!!!
