Je n'ai jamais eu ce problème, ça ne doit pas être un problème avec Fizz, mais peut-être avec le téléphone. Le redémarrer peut-être une bonne idée comme la proposé @Fling.

@Stephane sorry I couldnt answer earlier. I was just NOT ABLE to login to fizz community AT ALL. But they seem to have fixed the problem now..for now at least...

Are you using a travelling add-on or not? Either way I would contact support. I've had issues in the past using data from my usual plan and from travaelling add-ons and they helped me in both cases. My travelling add-on issue was solved using the method described here :…

Je ne saisa même pas que le programme avait été suspendu! depuis quand? JE suis avec Fizz depuis 3-4 mois si je me souviens bien et j'ai eu la prime. J'encourage les gens autour de moi a rejoindre Fizz pour obtenir d'autres primes hihih!

I've had this issue past month for several days. Sometimes several users are affected at the same time, but last time it seemed it was just me. I contacted the customer support and they were able to help me. I encourage you to do the same. Best way I found to contact them for me was via facebook messenger.

Personnally I use Facebook messenger when I need to contact Fizz support. They usually reply quite fast. You just have to go on their facebook page and click "send message". Its practical if you use Facebook in my opinion. Here's the link : https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/
