ModemOutlet is correct. Phone your previous provider where you bought your phone and provide your IMEI number. I was able to do this remotely with an iPhone and the SIM was accepted and the phone Activated. iMessage and FaceTime are activating fine now also.

Stuck on 3G

Today’s glitch - stuck on 3G. Hard reset, resent network config, Reset network settings. Rinse repeat. Nothing other than 3G.

Flipped on for about a min then back down.

Known issue - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/network-status Issue is it was showing me as connected, tried making a call (to test the other 2m call disconnect issue) and call failed. No idea if i've lost inbound calls all morning.

I am experiencing this now also. Pretty embarrassing to drop an entire conference call due to this bug.
