Price and roaming charges are cheap in other countries. US plan is also great.

I had this problem on my mobile phone. Try on a regular browser and see if that helps.

Turns out that the issue was the plan I have on my account wasn't active raised a ticket and had to add money to my wallet.

If it makes you feel any better I can't call out either. Worst part is that when people call me they get a not in service message.
