You must have an android phone? Is that correct? Did you properly enter the two access point in your mobile network? If you did I suggest contacting FIZZ on Facebook. Good luck

I had the same isssue when I first join and the way to fix it was to change the prefered mobile network mode from LTE to GSM/WCDMA. For some reason my phone wouldn't send SMS on LTE.
