  Of course they can increase their prices, but they only came out of "stability period" a year ago, so I doubt they'd increase their prices so soon. Cheers!

  You should try contacting Fizz chat support directly on Messenger. The community can't do much by itself other than suggest you try on another browser, another device and at a later day. Good luck.
