  Hi Isabelle - are you saying that you would prefer to use the newer bonus's and not get penalized for forgetting to use the older ones and then losing it? Trying to understand the issue

  They come but trust me it lasts 5 minutes - its very simple if you install it yourself

  Hi Jean-Philippe Make sure all your wires are connected securely in the back of the modem. I would suggest unplugging and re-plugging in to make sure. How many lights do you see on the modem?
