I've spent 25 minutes waiting for an answer on customer "care". Did not receive a single reply after the bot transferred me. Nothing makes me feel as valued as a customer as being ignored. 😠

The new cycle has started and yes I have rebooted the wifi. I guess that leaves me with tech support.

I'll also mention it now before any admin says I don't have an internet plan: its on my GF's account.
-
I'll drop 1GB too!

I don't look very often into fizz, but when I did, both our internet and mobile plan got their price reduced. Pair it with the perks and the internet plan for 200mb is 45$ (we were paying the same price for 100mb) and the mobile for 3gb is 27$ (was 32$). I know fizz also gives better deal during the holidays for those who…

Well, I'm here to tell you that I've received two so far 😅😂.

I'll check if I can do something :)!

They're really pricey, I agree. It seems it was just my luck to have been with them for so long. Left them because it was actually also a pain to keep my prices low as they would never stop calling to challenge my file. 😅

I had been with them a very, very long time.

Really appreciate the fact we dont have to go an extra 7$ (like, ahem, Bell) to get the feature! Hate logging into my usual voice mail, log my password, listen to the querky automated voice, etc.. Thanks for that Fizz! 🙌

Thats some nice feedback. I agree with the customer service being a bit querky, but nothing's perfect. I was with Bell before and while it costed about the same price as with Fizz (I think fizz is about 1-2 $ more), the data rollover and the whole add-on are very interesting features. I wish they'd have faster internet…

It is indeed a wrong code 😥. Here is what it says for me: Are you sure you have a membership? If so, here's how you'd get the code: 1) On your fizz menu, go down left until you see "invite friend" 2) Then, you should see the following page appear: 3) Click "Reveal my referral code! As I'm pretty sure you did it right in…

Really glad to live in Canada. The news dont mention the other countries, but when you look for it, we're REALLY doing well compared to them. Like if you agree! :P

To recap on top of everything that has been said. In order to gain points and achieve levels you can do: 1) publish on a forum 2) invite a person to fizz 3) give data 4) pay your bills All of the above will give you some amount of points depending on how much you use/participate.
