Well here we go again. This time 3x times today the connection dropped 2 in the morning and 1 just right now at 4:41 PM... This is annoying. Checked to see if any service down reports and nothing. Took 3 or 4 minutes to reconnect again.

I don't really think it is the Fizz or Videotron equipment. I was with videotron 3 years ago and I was having the same issues. Then I switched to another FIBE provider and the service was excellent, never a connection drop. They didn't want to keep my promo offer so I came back to FIZZ.... Only good thing going here is the…

Again the Internet dropped again at 3:30 pm another day. Took Fizz router 6 minutes to reconnect back to the network

These FAQ's are a joke. Even the status of network. It just loops you around in circles
