I've heard of this happening before. You'll have to contact Fizz directly, but first you should make sure that your initial request actually went through. You would have received a new contract by email if it worked.

I've heard of it not working with WiFi enabled on some phones. If APN settings don't help, have you tried turning WiFi off?

78 days left to apply to your plan. Once applied to your plan you only have 30 days to use it. If you don't use much data, much sure to stagger them or gift to someone else who could use them.

It won't work unless you have an add-on or add money to your wallet. Why not use an app like TextNow or Fongo? Those are free for calling in Canada.

Both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz are more than capable of reaching 60 Mbps, even at a distance. Make sure your 2.4 network is set to wireless N only.
