  • That’s not normal for Fizz, a tier 1 provider. Contrary to a CIK, IVC or other tier 2-3 providers, you should see at least 100mbps virtually all the time. There could be something wrong with your modem or installation.

You can also try and disable automatic band steering and maintain two separate wifi networks (2.4ghz and 5ghz) on the Fizz modem. The 5ghz network offers faster speeds but less range.
