I have the Canada and US plan. I travelled to the US for 2 weeks and pretty much couldn't use my data.

I managed to chat with them, but the chat window appeared in the login screen, so I wasn't logged in. It's hit or miss, i don't know how many agents they have for chat, i've tried those links before, but not chat, i tried the link posted now and i saw the chat window.

I"m in Ottawa, the signal seems weak inside my house/buildings. when i recieve a call from my home, the 4G switches to 3G, but i still receive a call even though i had low signal strength under 4G.
