Same issue here... And client service deactivated their chat icon ... we cannot contact them to have ETA on the issue ! Not cool at all!

Hi @Mélanie L. You have to be logged, to go to the solution hub, find the article related to your problem. While you will read it, the bubble will appear, you just have to wait :)
