I would suggest calling your current provider the same day that the Fizz technician is supposed to come install your new modem at home. Worse case scenario is they cut your internet a few hours before you get your net modem installed.

Like the Fizz Team says, there must have been a problem on the network. I also had problems when trying to add a payment method on my account and what worked was just being patient and trying again later. I'm afraid I can't help you more than that.
