  • The same happened to me 2 days ago. Dont waste your time chatting with Fizz. the best advice is from the mods on the forum. Since he did not show up, you will have to reschedule. in my case he showed up 2 hours late after having me wait fro him btw 7:30 am to noon. showed up at 2 PM.

  • thanks Mike. One more question as to when do I cancel Videotron internet, same day as the Fizz install or a day before? Or can I install Fizz modem, make sure it is working and then call to cancel Videotron internet?
