Absolutely! also why not open data gifting to people with phone-only plans? That's the one thing I never understood.

You probably accidentally left data on and it used it up. If you argue long enough with support they might give it back

This is a pretty common problem, and I wanted to increase my data for next month since I would be going on vacation. Fizz app is absolutely horrible with its bugs.
