It's pretty unclear in their message and that's annoying.

If you have no contract, there will be NO cancellation fees. I was with Fido with a BYOP plan and I didn’t pay any fees for changing provider.
-
From Montreal and it wasn’t Canada post. But you will get an email when it’s delivered. That’s how I found out and rushed downstairs and it was stick to the front door (since I live in a condo). It was a Saturday so I was home. Basically they don’t ring the bell.

The answer’s here for those concerned about loosing the upgrade if they remove it : https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1845941-anyone-able-switch-upgrades-yet#answer_4219466

I spammed the swap button and nothing seemed to happen. So I removed the upgrade instead. Now got to wait two next billing cycle for my new upgrade to take effect! #sadpotato
-
@Sam P. Yeah it isn't worth it for sure. But I don't know if it's just a bug or something. I would say, let's wait and see what happens with Isa E.'s billing.
-
@Sam P. that’s correct. You can’t make any changes if you want to keep the introductory price. @Don M. noooooo =(
-
Swapping is available now. But I was only able to do so at my next billing cycle. And it will take in effect at the next billing cycle.
-
@Isa We are counting on you!
-
@D B. Thank you for the great information and precision!
-
@D B. @Ann H. How did you switch it up or removed it? Is there a switch/remove button or something?
-
J'ai également reçu un sms du genre ce matin. Les gens ont l'air de dire que ça serait un bug.
-
I think they made progress and I see the bubble chat more often now.

Run a few speedtest and got speed from 20 to 40 Mbps.

@ J D. It unlocks at lvl 5.

Sorry it's in French but support said : "Starting from your next payment cycle, the Voicemail Bonus will no longer be charged (if you apply it)". I would still take this with a grain of salt but it looks like it is true.
-
I mean seriously. No company would set up a new company just to fraud 5$ sim card.
-
I would say no. I just turned off my wifi and cellular data and couldn't access it.
-
@Pat D. If that's the case, if could very well be a bug. From this page (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-an-add-on-and-how-do-i-buy-one), we understand that ALL add-ons are on the same terms. There shouldn't be an exception whatsoever. Otherwise it's false advertisement. Let's try to get support to confirm.

Envoyer des données semble donner 3 points.

It looks like gifting data give 3 points.

@Pat D. My cousin activated his sim card on December 1st (billing date), as well as the add-ons calls and texts. As of December 12th, he's left with 20 days for texts and 51 days for calls. So only calls are until the end of the month + 1 month. For the add-on calls, it's more advantageous to always activated the add-ons…
-
Also the call add-on last up to 60 days, while sms add-on only last 30 days.
-
My cousin had that 3$ add on and he confirmed it’s for 60 min and not unlimited as I have read in my posts. Unfortunately I can’t find it written anywhere officialy and I think that’s wrong!
-
Je compte rester malgré tout. J’ai vécu les deux pannes et je suis encore sur le 3G également. Mais j’étais chez moi durant ces moments là alors je ne me suis pas senti aussi affectée.

Le lien français ne semble pas fonctionner.

There’s an excellent post here that should help : https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1826956-rewards-rewards An easy one is to give data to someone.
-
For now you can't swap. But they are supposedly developing a feature to be able to eventually.
-
Oui, c'est une bonne suggestion! J'approuve!
