I believe WhatsApp would work but all the other network carriers offer VoIP for free, if it's important to you. Fizz needs to step up quick.

Apparently you cannot which is deplorable. But a possible workaround would be to transfer to another carrier and transfer the phone number and then he could create a account and transfer back to Fizz.

If you head to the router IP adress via your browser (usually 198.169.0.1) and login (username : cusadmin and your wifi password) there are lot's of settings. If you can change your modem IP, it would be from there but that is as far as my knowledge goes. Good luck

Ca dépend comment ton condo est filer. Si tu as plusieurs prises coaxiales elles devraient tous désservir pour le réseau internet. Tu as simplement à débrancher le câble coaxiales du mur et l'essayer dans l'autre pièce.

Hey, You can run a speedtest to see your download and upload speed. It can vary a lot with mobile network but it should be around 10 Mbps with a decent connection.
