I contacted them through Facebook Messenger at 2.45pm - it is now 7.20pm and they haven't even read my message yet. Sim Delivered notification when it wasn't delivered and zero customer service. And yet still people make excuses for this "service"

The email you received should have a place to choose "did not receive" That tells me to go to the non existent chat bubble ! More importantly why are the delivery agents pretending SIMS have been delivered, when they haven't ?
