• That is a problem because the internet was not unsubscribed it got deactivated due to some issues. Therefore I can not click on manage to get a return ID. Can I send it without the return ID?

  • Hi, My internet plan payment starts on June 20. I wanted to change to the 120mbps but I get an error message saying i need to change it on the 20th. If I change the plan tomorrow it will come into effect only on July 20th? If so, then I am unable to take advantage of the special because it will expire on July 15.
