• I have LG ( G5 ), yes it is. I also contacted Fido and they told me it's unlocked on their side. There one thing, when i restarted my phone it asked a PIN for the SIM, but i don't have any PIN code.

• I did it 3 times and i removed my SIM and put it back again and still no signal
