Yes I don't think the whole university never call 873 before. Thank you very much Eder for you suggestion. I sent them this post so I hope they will reply with something better than "check you landline operator"

I did and they can call Textnow number. 873500xxxx but not my Fizz number. Now what? The ticket is closed by fizz, they don't even reply to me anymore.

I got the textnow but I have no landline to call. Have to go to university and asked them to try calling me.

Canada plan. "I kindly ask you to get in contact with your local landline provider to investigate this issue." I don't even have a landline operator. I asked Fizz to try calling me from local 613 line and no one did. They can't even call me themselves and yet, it's not Fizz problem.

Then it should be the same for 819 ? Same area code, different numbers?
