I think you are mixing the prices, as soon as you compare Quebec prices (Fizz still its the best option) Virgin 5GB = $45 Fido 5 GB = $45 Fizz 5GB =41 (with data rollover) Virginmobile doesn't have 6gb plans neither fido all go again at 10 GB =$50 CRTC decision killed all the MVNOs so the market will stay the same...

Well to be honest it is a hit and a miss, I had the modem working for 1 year without any problem, but when I moved I started getting problems, I will say that the new place is bigger, so I had some wifi problems. But yes it will be nice that Fizz gets new router/modem solution

Had some problems before, I bought a Linkyss R75 and all my problems disappear, just put your coda on Bridge mode.

To be honest after level 6 there is no more rewards that matter, you cant get more slots, so doesn't matter how many upgrades you get you cant do anything. I am level 6 and I got 3 slots for mobile and 3 for Internet, so no matter how many upgrades I have I can only use 3. I hope that Fizz change that, I don't expect to…

I found the problem. For some reason I had a service active on my network settings, I erased the service and I got a Laval IP address. Thank you @Idefizz you helped me with some clues.

I have been using Fizz internet for more than a year in 2 locations, and I have to say that it works perfect, (i changed channels) as i found that at one of my locations we have several network available and that end any weak signal.

The easiest way is to reset your modem to factory settings, then use the user and password that comes with your modem and as Marina says; Make sure you are not mixing zeros and capital "o", or capital "i" and lowercase "L".

What phone are you using? I used to have an old Samsung and the quality was average, now I am using an iPhone and I don't have any problem at all.
