• I've tried different sim card from another operator with my phone, and it's working fine! Somehow Fizz and my phone can't work together. I will stay for 1 more month and leave, if nothing changes.

• Thank for trying to help me Sergio! I don't have an option to switch gsm/hspa only. I don't have fizz ext, just fizz. Here is screenshot.
