  • How was the quality of the phone? I haven't really looked too much at a new/pre-loved phone yet but the discount on your plan is a pretty sweet incentive. I've got an iPhone 11 Pro Max and just replaced the battery so hopefully it lasts but wondering if the pre-loved condition is really good.
