Another software update that went rogue!!! Went I chatted with support agent told me he couldn't look into my account because there was an ongoing maintenance... looking like maintenance from last night went wrong

Chatted with support. Seems to be back but also issues with passwords. My password was reinitialized this morning. I had to go by the reset password link. They are under a maintenance... look like a software update went rogue
