Restarted modem this afternoon around 1pm. Service up and then down again around 2pm. Still down. Would be nice to see a proper status report on your website. Obviously many people are affected so stop telling us everything is fine.

Seems to be a fairly widespread problem. Can you add me to the list of folks having issues and reach out by email when things are getting fixed. Thanks.
