• I was able to fix my problem. I have to have the bottom two boxes marked as NONE. This was not the default. Finally got it by playing around. Thanks everyone for the help.😁

• I have tried two different computers, 2 browsers, an Icognito browser and the app and still no luck. The last time I updated there was no problem.
