@Jef D. #18371 What you mean? We only get points for right answers, and this has been always subjective, as some "right answers" weren't always the best. Fizz said in the post: "There will be no more points given for creating an answer. With all the content you’ve generated it would be wise for all to search before asking,…

The visual is awesome, but the removal of bonus points through community participation was a bad decision. Fizz doesn't have a good customer service already, and the community was really helpful. But being here to help demands time, and I honestly don't think it's worth anymore to help others if there's no reward for that,…

Sorry about that, Alex :/ Sadly, Fizz doesn't have a proper Customer Service. This is what help reducing costs for the customers. Also, Fizz presents itself as a modern company, but they are really old-minded and not properly use Social medias. This kind of alarming situation should've been addressed on social medias,…

Good luck! And come back everyday to give kudos. You can get 1 point per kudo, with a limit of 20 per day :)

Done! Gave you kudos :) Good luck!

Hi Maxim, The frequencies of 2.4GHz and 5GHz are different. The 5GHz one has shorter radio waves, so they are faster, but has lower reachability and are not that strong to cross obstacles like walls. The 2.4GHz frequency has higher reachability, but its larger waves make it transmit data in slower speeds. Also, the 2.4GHz…

Est-ce qu'il y a une petite photo du nouveaux locaux? Je veux spoilers! :)

Awesome! As the community help is important for Fizz, this is more than welcoming news! I hope it also have better functionality on mobile devices :)
-
Well, green is not that green for color-blind people! Just saying xD

Hey Derek, I would sincerelly suggest that you wait for the Fizz internet to be up and running before cancelling Bell. When this is fine, just call Bell and they will ask when you want the Internet to be cancelled, and you can say the next day. And welcome to Fizz :) Hope you like it. Have a nice day.

Hey Edgar, As others said, there are no deals for have multiple services with Fizz. On the other hand, if you have more services then you can level up faster your My Rewards points. For example, at level 5 you will have three slots available to use upgrades, and at this level you can have a $5 discount/month for internet…

I would love a mobile app! It's really bad to need to open the browser, go to the website, login, then go to the add-ons and only then you can finish your request! With an app you might be always connected and have a really fast way to see your stuff.

Hi Nathan, I switched to Fizz mobile recently and so far it has been really good. Besides the good price they also have the rewards program and allows you to carry your remaining data to the next month, which I didn't have in my previous carrier. I would say "Give it a try" and, if you don't like, go back to your former…

Hi Marie, I don't think this is related to Fizz. Searching on Google it brought this result. Maybe it helps: https://www.repairwin.com/fix-your-computer-could-not-connect-to-another-console-session-because-you-already-have-a-console-session-in-progress/ Good luck!

Hey Hoang, They have a live chat. Just login at your account then go to any help page (for ex this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services). At the bottom right you will find a green interrogation button. Click on it and choose chat. You should connect you with someone to help you. Other channels like Facebook or…

Hi Hoang, WiFi has something called channels, which is basically different ranges of frequencies (imagine a road with multiple lanes). Sometimes, depending on where you live, many WiFi networks might be using the same lane, messing up the signals, causing a huge slow down. Do you have many WiFi networks nearby? Modems…

Hi Karine, In this post (https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2136457-rewards-level) you can see the print I attached. But it's a shame that users have to build tables showing the benefits. Fizz doesn't show it anywhere (at least I couldn't find it after searching), which open space to changing the rules during the game...…

Hi Hoang, For sure they know if your modem is connected or not. But when they say "no issue has been registered" I think they usually talk about regions that have issues. When you lose internet, is it only on WiFi? Have you tried connecting with a cable directly from the modem to make sure the issue is between modem ->…

Hi Domenico, Sometimes the bank statement shows duplicated values which are refunded later. Usually this is fault of the credit card system or the bank. In my case, CIBC, it happens more often than I would expect. But if the value doesn't disappear before the statement is closed I suggest you try reaching Fizz chat to talk…

Level 2 here. Same 480$ for me. I don't think there's a price difference among users in different reward levels.
-
Hi Carlos, This is the community area. The best for you is to access any FAQ page (e.g., https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services) while logged in. Then, in the bottom right there will be a green interrogation mark button (see picture attached). Click on it and select Chat to talk to someone from the support. I hope it helps.

Hi Norman. All you need is the code. You should bring it to Canada Post, and they will use the code to generate the label. Don't worry. Just make sure the modem in on a suitable box :)
-
Yeah, I would like to know, too. The only "advantage" is that for each dollar spent you get 10 points (from what I read in the community), so, buying a phone would give you almost 9000 points, which would bring you to level 4.
-
Yeah, this is one of the reasons I quit home internet from Fizz. It works well 99% of the time, but if you need anything you have lots of headaches. I tried to reach them by Twitter and Facebook, but never got an answer at that time. Try to use the chat (in any help page, while logged in, click on the green Interrogation…

Hi Linda, Yeah, only cancelling and re-subscribing. This is really bad tbh. At least to bring the modem back and requesting it again is free. It's a waste of for Fizz and the environment - but they don't provide a better solution, so be it.
-
Hi Laurent, When you reconfigured your WiFi, did you select WPA2 as the authentication method? Usually Anti-Virus would complain about WPA authentication, that's easier to crack.
-
Hi Marina, Did you try checking this guide? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail There's a section explaining how to delete the messages. Copy-pasting here: To delete a message: Once a message has been heard, press 7 to delete it. If you'd like to delete the message without listening to all of it,…

Hum. I have mixed feelings about this. TV service looks so 20th century, ahaha! I would prefer streaming options where I'm free to watch stuff when I want. This is the biggest reason I never subscribed to a TV service. You got to be in front of the TV at the exact time or you miss it. But for stuff like sports it would be…

Cool, thanks for offering :)

Cool :) Je n'ai pas vu! Merci ;)
