Hi Vasilios, Do you have an iPhone? If so, do you know if the incoming text is from another iPhone? It might be trying to use Apple's iMessage instead of SMS.

Yes, huge DNS issue with Videotron, but it should be back in Montréal since 16.30. Where are you from? If it's not working yet you can try to change the DNS from your device as shown in other questions :)

Yes, Videotron have issues with their DNS. It was really bad and frustrating :/ You can configure the DNS in your device to improve things.

Yes, there's an outage due to a DNS server from Videotron (Fizz parent company). They said they are working to fix the issue. Bonjour Daniel, Vous pouvez essayer déverrouillez votre cellulaire sur ce lien: https://videotron.com/residentiel/mobile/deverrouiller . Après, vous pouves inserer votre carte fizz dans le nouveau cellulaire et cela devrait fonctionner normalement :)

Do you have an iPhone? If so, as others said, it might be using iMessage. To check if the message you are sending is going through iMessage and not SMS, open the message and see, at the very top, if it says iMessage or Text Message. It can happen if you lose wifi connection at some point. If you are at home most of the time you can disable Cellular data: - iPhone: go to Settings > Cellular > toggle Cellular Data OFF. - Android: go to Settings menu > Data > Toggle Mobile Data OFF.
