more people should write a new post poalike this letting others know you don't need data anymore!

Click on disable residential residential gateway function(as shown above) but be sure you're you're done with the rest of the settings because the fizz gateway will be inaccessible once done! (If you need to access this again again, you'll need to hard reset the modem)
