You need to unlock more slots to use them. At level s 1 and 2 you only have 1 slot that’s why when you try to use it, it only replaces the old one. At level 3 you get 2 slots!

As long as you keep your number there is a risk it will still happen (no matter which provider you choose). Definitely contact https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/phone/telemarketing/fraud.htm And consider changing your number.

Go in the phone app on your mobile to see your missed calls and the entire history. Or contact fizz by using the chat bubble that appears on the bottom right of the screen.

My husband received this text from Fizz yesterday afternoon while I received it this morning at 4am! I’d say chat with fizz either with the chat bubble or on Messenger. I put my phone on night mode so it doesn’t bother me.

There are other forums where people often gift data, google “fizz gifted data”

Wait and see if you’ll receive the 2 others tomorrow. If not, contact Fizz by going on their website and look for the chat bubble on the bottom right corner. If it doesn’t appear it’s because their customer service is full so try with Facebook messenger. I was able to contact them whenever I needed to.

Try turning off your phone then back on, but it’s most probably due to the stabilization period. It happened to me twice last April.
