I agree. Ive had many more issues than just the network down as well. Customers service is terrible.

Its crazy, not like they have to reinvent the wheel!! Just copy what other companies have done and do damn day!

I am seriously considering switching providers that this point. I tried to be patient with the launch but really how hard is this. The technology is already figured out by other companies, they just have to implement it.

No I cant see 'SIM not provisioned' anywhere. Howerver, I just tried searching network operators and it came up with a long list such as: Fizz EXT RAT : LTE Fizz RAT : WCDMA Fizz EXT RAT: WCDMA Fizz EXT RAT : GSM ect.. Not sure if that will make a difference but Ill try some of them.

I am using an LG V20 duel sim. It is a Taiwan or Korean model. Very new tech and worked on Public Mobile.
