Might be a problem with the website. You should probably contact fizz directly through their facebook page, or through the help live chat bubble.

Look under internet not mobile.

Mobile service works great for me, don't seem to have any problems. I've seen people who have problems message them directly for fixes and they fixed it quickly.

I think you can only port to inactive sims. Don't believe there's anything you can do now, unless you get a new sim

@Allison, No when I get "Referral Bonuses" in "My Profile" it's empty.

I think there are settings in your phone that control whether apps are wifi only, data only or both. You could try checking that.
