Hi FizzDY, beta users are those who uses Fizz services when they're still under testing. I believe you can't become a beta user as for now, unless Fizz launch a new service and they want testes. I am lucky enough to be a beta user for both phone and Internet services.

Thanks a lot for your answer YiMontreal! I just did the same thing and I got the new Home Internet Services Agreement with the same beta price.

Hi Carina, I think the fastest way to resolve your problem is by contacting Fizz technical support via chat. To do this, you can use this link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues , wait for a few seconds and the bubble chat icon with the question mark (?) will appear at the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on…

No, you cannot transfer your old number after activation. You can just cancel your subscription and then restart again. You can also ask for tech support if they can do something about it.

Fizz internet price is not very competitive than it used to be. I'm a beta tester user and I got 60Mbps for $35 and with the rebate at lv5, the price is only $30 now.
-
It is strange. I'm on lv 5 for 2 months now, got the $2 and successfully applied it.

There is no TV service at Fizz now, but it is interesting to have such offer in a near future
-
I don't need data for now but it's really a nice gesture from you!
-
Many thanks! It's great to be with Fizz!

That's strange. I tested and used my Internet constantly from Jan 2019 and the speed exceeds my subscription, sometimes by more than 10%. I suggest you to contact customer support. They can resolve it easily with some changes in configurations from their end.

Hi, I finally got the refund after 11 days. So I assume that the normal period for refund is about 2 weeks.

The same issue happens to me. After a quick chat with customer service, a ticket was issued. A day latter I received an email saying that I would receive the refund shortly. 9 days passed and still waiting. Hopefully I will get it this week.
