Just bought her the 4$ travel add on, she still cannot make or receive calls.

There is definitely some bug. She cannot even get an incoming call from my Fizz number. But calls from my other non Fizz number work.

I just put 5$ in her wallet and did a few tests calls, had success with a couple 1 second calls and wallet is already down to 2.71$ And most calls still cannot connect. Seems like her wallet is getting charged even on failed calls.

I pay only 7$ a month. But... Like Fizz recommended when I signed up, I kept my original service. So now I have the trouble of carrying my old sim card and switching it in case of outage, plus I won't be able to port my old number and keep the intro prices. So I am paying 7$ too much. I should be the one getting paid
