Hmmm that's good to know that it's working for you! But really odd… I've tried on 2 laptops, my phone, 4 different browsers. And it won't work on any of them. Maybe it's because I'm having to hotspot from my phone?? I don't know why that would matter though… I've been trying for hours now and it's still not working…

My internet also hasn't been working since the power outage. Downstream light just blinks and unplugging/plugging it in doesn't help. Odd that Fizz is saying there are no known service failures right now when this seems to have affected a few people..

My internet has also been down since my power came back on last night. Was hoping it would be fixed this morning, but no such luck. I’ve tried unplugging the modem several times, as well as making sure the coaxial is properly connected. The downstream light just continuously blinks.

I had this happen to me recently; used nearly 10 gigs in a day. Turns out my Spotify was set to download over data, and I guess my downloaded playlists changed so it downloaded a ton of new music :))) Sent you a bit of data! Hope it helps!

I used to use around 8 Gbs a month on average, mainly from streaming Spotify and Podcasts while on the go. Since working from home I dropped my plan down to 5Gbs and rarely use more than 2 or 3. Most of what I do use now is for Spotify or Waze while I'm driving, but it's a lot less without going to the office every day.
