Finally the technician came 3 hours and a half after the appointment, but got the issue fixed. Still incredible it took so long to have someone coming over.

I just contacted them and they are saying the appointment is still in progress. I'll give more information if the technician came or not.

L'internet est bon, quand il fonctionne. Mais s'il lâche, tenez-vous bien pour avoir du service. Mon internet est tombé samedi dernier, et ils m'ont cédulé un technicien que pour aujourd'hui et il ne s'est même pas présenté.

I see AK20230110 you updated your comment and are no longer saying the customer support is 24/7, I understand that you agree that it is a lie. It is sad to see a company not able to provide the service they advertised...

What I think is happening is that they don't have enough technicians at the moment and are just trying to stall any potential appointment.

The customer support is not available 24/7. This is a lie. I reached out, I have a ticket open since the weekend and no news.
