There is no customer sefvice to contact. Best way is through facebook, but its slow right now because of holdiays.

I think all new subscribers should get a look at what problems they could probably face if they were to take this service, that way they wouldnt be surprised if they faced problem like these.

Go to the addon option When teying to add it the price should ahow up. I tried look for mine, didnt find it, but showed up when i wanted to add the long distance call add on.

Its a known issue, their meter is always glitched, doesnt show proper usage.

Wait 24hrs. And see what happens.

Upgrade slots unlock at level 3 and the other one at 5 or 6. You can swap upgrades as well.

It entirely depends on how complex your problem is. Mine took a week.
