I also have this issue and activated today. I was able to access live chat before by turning off my adblocker, but I've been trying since 9:20 and can't seem to access their live chat again, and they close at 10. Will wait until tomorrow. Very excited to get this going.

Heh, we got back from a trip to Toronto last night and I found the SIM card in the recycling bin in the entrance of our building.

So far so good. I switched TODAY and so far everything works except receiving SMS, but a quick live chat agent was able to assure me it was just 'pending' and that we're waiting for the automated service to do its' thing.
