When this happens, rarely, unplugging and waiting for a couple minutes before pugging it back in usually fixes the issue. Hope this helps

Close to 2 years and I have no complaints. My 4G/ LTE signal reaches better areas than some other Networks (Rogers). Reliable service. Good pricing.

Jones gives a pretty awesome answer to how to get points.
-
Like others said, can be from both. Just answering to get some points ;)

I have that problem once in a while, usually rebooting my modem works for me. Or if you are using a second router on your network try disconnecting that to see if that is what is causing the problem. I find the fizz modem/router is not always compatible with other routers.

My Son had someone come and install a new outlet in his brand new apartment 2 weeks ago. The technician came inside, was very professional, everyone maintained their distance, following the Covid-19 guidelines. It did not take long and he was gone. When scheduling the appointment, he made sure to mention that there were no…

If you go into your profile, you can see your perks and rewards. On each one you can see when it will expire. Just make sure to go check once in a while. I've lost rewards because they expired before I used them... :(

As others said, contact them on Facebook Messenger. They are usually quite quick at responding. Good Luck!

Having the cost of a phone included in a plan makes the plan much more expensive. Bring your own phone allows more flexibility. I mean if you really want an $800 phone, a plan that includes a phone is the way to go, but if you keep your phone more than 2 years, if you don't mind buying a used phone, or if you really like…

As others said, only your number appears unless they add you to their contacts.. in which case they can assign any name they want to your number. You can even appear as Darth Vader and have a cool rinktone, but that is for your friends to decide. Fizz just shows your number.

Sur le site on décris quoi faire en cas de vol ou perte. https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/perte-vol-mobile Très important de le faire rapidement.

How nice of you to want to gift your data to others! Awesome!
-
Be careful if you switch to a cheaper plan. You probably won't be able to return to your original price on your old plan When you get back. Since you're leaving for less than 2 months, It might not be worth it to change plans...

It is very easy to install yourself. All the instructions are inside the box. If you already have internet with another company it is basically just plugging your old wire into your new Fizz modem. That's it! Very easy. No need to pay for a technician in my opinion. *I am not super tech-savvy, so if I can do it, pretty…

Fizz service has been surprisingly reliable during the beta phase. And they gave compensation for the problems they were having a while back. It has been reliable for a while now, and compared to my hubby who is with Rogers, I have better cell coverage a lot of the time. While some say it may seem difficult to find a…

Thanks for this Perk! Came at the perfect time as I was running out of data. Really appreciate it!

The Network has been stable for the last couple weeks, if not months. It has been a while since I have had any problems with receiving/sending messages. Call coverage works well, very few dropped calls. No more than any other Network.
