I had "No service" before. Now I have service but can't make any calls. Woohoo great service. Thank god for internet and facetime/imessage

Look at this answer "pour être crédité il faudrait au moins 48 heures de outage et c'est le prorata du nombre de jour le tout est écris sur le contrat que tu reçois lorsque tu t'abonne" You are going to tell that this person doesn't work at fizz aka videotron? I mean seriously.

The contract is one thing, customer satisfaction is another. One outage is well possible but two in 8 days is brutal. I mean they are out of beta and they have adds all over the place in montreal promoting fizz. How can you possibly have this with this mediocre service.
